I would like to thank all the people who supported, helped and encouraged me
during my doctoral studies.
First and foremost, I would like to thank my supervisor prof. Ing. Vladimír
Sedlařík, Ph.D. for his guidance and for giving better directions to my work along
with opportunities to implement ideas. During my studies, he gave me the
opportunity to work on interesting projects and also to participate in various
conferences, trainings and other events, which gave me valuable experience that
I can apply in my future work.
My thanks also go to my mentor for my internship in Poland, Dr Aneta TorŚwiątek. I am grateful for the friendly working environment she nurtured, along
with her professionalism, kindness, advice and willingness to help me in
everything.
An aspect of research and study that should not be overlooked is the social
dimension. My gratitude extends to friends and colleagues at the Polymer Centre
and other faculties of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, for their cooperation,
assistance and goodwill.
