Soil erosion is currently a serious problem all over the Europe. This publication is concerning on the delimitation of appropriate localities (strongly and not influenced by erosion) and description of their pedogeochemical characterization. Verification of the erosion control system was studied in the specific agricultural enterprises at the localities – Bošovice, Hrušky a Zástřizly. Delimitation of an area was made using the aerial shots with a combination of the digital topography data. Aerial shots were recorded in visible spectral range and analysed by no ranked classification using ERDAS Imagine and ArcGIS programs. Results of specific classification groups were interpreted by ERDAS Imagine (Viewer) program with Raster-Attributes function. The geological, geomorphological, hydrological, pedological and climatic condition of selected localities are described in this publication. Results showed differences in soil prope rties (e.g. texture, soil reaction, electric conductivity of soil solution, buffering capacity, quantity, and quality of humus, content of available nutrients, and C/N ratio) according to the intensity of erosion. Lower content and quality of humus and available nutrients content, and worse chemical properties are documented in eroded soils.
